By Grace Charity provides funding for families living in poverty enabling families to start a small business and create a livelihood.
The central objective, in addition to breaking the cycle of poverty, is to use By Grace Charity private funds to create a community where the families receiving the gift have an understanding of how to help another family.
Once a family has experienced the excitement of earning much needed income, the concept is to PASS IT ON! Over a period of a few months, persons living in poverty are transformed into donors.
Women in the community receive supplies and instruction from By Grace Charity to start their own seamstress shops. This enables them to provide school uniforms and other clothing at a reduced cost to families with limited resources.
